Alexander has 20 years experience representing German speaking clients doing business in Ontario with a special focus on German-Canadian cross border corporate, commercial, real estate and litigation matters. His representative work involves providing set up and ongoing legal advice to subsidiary corporations in a broad range of industries and advising high net worth foreign investors in all aspects of their investments in Canada including immigration and off shore trusts.
